What makes us different?

Customer Service is the name of the game.  The customer comes first.  We return calls and emails, show up on time and if we don't, we'll make it right.

We do onsite service in all of San Diego County. Remote support is also available in 15 minute increments for those minor problems.

Service Rates:

A service call is $99 for one hour onsite.  Additional hours are billed at $80 p/hr on 15 minute increments.  Remote screen viewing is $20 per 15 minute session.  New customers can take $25 off their first full service call.

 Where and When?

We are based in central San Diego and open Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9:30 to 3pm.  We service all of San Diego County. Service more than 25 miles from downtown San Diego adds a $26 trip charge.  Saturday and and evening calls add an additional $20 to the service call.  BOTH of these additional costs are given %100 to the technician performing the work to compensate for the extended hours and gas costs.
